What we did

Installed a MrCool ductless multi-split: two wall-mounted indoor heads running off one outdoor unit.

Labor only on this one. The customer bought the equipment and we did the installation: the outdoor unit set on feet on the deck, the line set run in a closed channel along the wall and up under the roof edge, and one head on each side of the flat.
